The location is ideal being very close to the city center and all important monuments. , the hotel staff is very helpful in suggesting restaurants in the area, and the train station is in walking distance. Unfortunately, the lighting in the courtyard was not sufficient for us to enjoy in the evening. Despite that, the rooms were spacious, beds comfortable, and the breakfast was lovely with plenty of variety.

The location was perfect, right in the middle of the city, close to most of the major churches and monuments. The garden was nice and so was free wifi. The breakfast was very good.

There seems to be a great deal of traffic around the hotel, even during the evening and night. It was also very dark. Though we received a so-called upgrade, we would have preferred a "superior room" in a more quiet part of the hotel.

Ravenna is gorgeous & this is possibly the best hotel for the money in town. We were upgraded as the occupancy was relatively sparce and we extended our stay as a result. Thankyou staff & we thoroughly enjoyed Room#11. What a bathroom! Onassis yacht indeed! The setting is tranquil, the breakfast divine. A country-like spa in an urban oasis. The remote parking is not too much of a hassle and the walk there leads you through some of the pretty parts of town. We loved the detail of the room and all the closet space!

A small problem with large quantities of water pooling around the shower requiring regular mopping for fear of leaks and mould. Push bike hire should be free to guests.

I had a fantastic stay at a beautifully decorated boutique hotel in a great location. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff at the reception desk were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel had a lovely design and felt more like a local residence than a hotel. I would definitely come back next time. I highly recommend this hotel.

Staff was really friendly and helpful. Location was great.It was cute and eclectic not anything special but the triple room we had was spacious.

The shower was difficult since the shower head pointed onto the floor. Better pillows would be nice. Breakfast was mediocre and coffee could have been better but is was not a far walk to a much better cup.
